I wasn’t even in London for 24 hours yet, but my craving to get out and throw myself back into a routine was bursting out of me. On a Sunday, if I’m home, I love to head over to Columbia Road, meet a friend for lunch or quinoa milk lattes (yes, that’s a thing and it’s yum) and try and grab some bargain stems from the flower market.
It’s always super packed, I always immediately regret my decision for cramming myself into the heaving crowds, I always buy way more than I can carry home, but in the end, when you haggle three beautiful stems of hydrangea for £10, it’s always worth it.
At least, I could throw a little bit of preparation into the situation thanks to my new favourite weather app, Drops. All my friends know that I rarely get dressed or decide what to wear before checking my weather app, I hate being caught in the rain more than anything, so Drops and it’s specific forecast and push notifications have become a new digital BFF of mine.
In collaboration with Drops. Thanks to a genuine love of weather apps, all thoughts and opinions are my own.
