VIETNAM / STYLE

This past couple of months has played host to a number of lessons learned in my personal life, and although Natalya and I try not to delve too deep into personal content here on the blog, sometimes our experiences lead on to helping us achieve things which can be inspirational to others.
I’ve recently had a few family related circumstances arise that have made me crave a pause button in my life, and so my recent trip to Vietnam could not have come at a better time. A week of eating well, yoga on the beach and a little bit of mindful practise was in store, which I was more than ready for.
It was one of the best week’s of my year, allowing me to learn how to take the time to reflect on and decide the next few steps in both my career and my personal life, learn how to put the ‘take it with a pinch of salt’ saying into practise, as well as continuing on in my journey of loving and nurturing my body.
I’ll delve a little more into how this was all made possible thanks to my incredible stay at Fusion Maia Da Nang, but for now, here’s a little intro into the tranquility I experienced in Vietnam with one of my favourite things to do on a beach anywhere in the world, enjoy the sunset.
