MILAN / STYLE

I’ve only been to Milan twice, and besides making sure that I make time for a pitstop at my favourite gelato spot, I always love returning to the beautiful Pinacoteca di Brera. It’s a quiet little gem with simple Italian architecture that gets my heart beating faster every time.
My Milan trip last month was courtesy of Huawei, who flew me out to attend the launch (hosted by Vogue China) of their brand new watch in collaboration with Fornasetti. For the event, I decided to go with a dress that had landed in my wardrobe just a mere few days before, courtesy of M Missoni and I was waiting for an excuse to let the vamp/rocker/woman in me wear it.
I kept the ‘dressy’ aspect of it balanced with a vintage biker jacket borrowed from Carrie and the calf hair E6 clutch from Baraboux. Make up and hair was kept simple as usual, which reminds me, I’m overdue in giving Hannah Phillips and Oskar Pera from The Drawing Room salon in East London, a huge thank you for always keeping my hair looking chopped and coloured perfectly, every time.
