Fashion Week Fatigue

September 18, 2014

This LFW, it’s been a pleasure being one of Maybelline’s ambassadors for the season. I’ve been introduced to some of my ultimate new must have products, and I’ve had the opportunity to take a bit of a different approach to fashion week as a whole, reporting live from backstage at a few of my favourite shows such as Joseph and Ashish.

It’s given me a chance to be a little more comfortable in my sartorial choices as running around backstage at a fashion show is no mean feat, but when you get to have such a close encounter with the preps backstage, it gives you a whole new appreciation for what you see at front of house, and Maybelline’s director of make up, Sharon Dowsett has created some incredible looks for the shows this season.

I have to say I’ve personally become addicted to two Maybelline products in particular throughout the week, the baby skin fatigue blur in apricot is my new go-to for when I’m not in the mood for full on make up (which is always), and the Master Graphic eyeliner has officially allowed me to be able to do a flick without having a nervous breakdown.

Thank you so much to my girl Carrie for shooting these images of me playing around with my favourite Maybelline products at The Apartment.
